As part of the EU’s new Data Protection Ordinance (DSGVO), which will enter into force on 25 May 2018, we have updated our data protection guidelines to include additional information that is now required by current data protection regulations.

“Personal Information” is information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Categories of personal data processed by Relyon Plasma GmbH:
1- Personal data that is processed when an enquiry is made to email@example.com or directly to a contact person:
If you send an inquiry to one of the addresses mentioned above, your business contact data such as email address, first and last name, company address, telephone and fax number as well as reason for contacting us will be recorded and stored in our database.
2- Purposes and legal bases:
(a) Relyon Plasma GmbH processes your business contact details and the reason for your request in order to contact you regarding your request.

(c) If you agree receiving marketing information from Relyon Plasma GmbH, Relyon Plasma GmbH will process your email address to send you marketing information about Relyon Plasma GmbH products. The legal basis for processing the email address for this purpose is your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending us a short message to firstname.lastname@example.org The marketing emails you receive from Relyon Plasma GmbH are based on the preferences specified in your customer account. The legal basis for processing this data for this purpose is the legitimate interest of Relyon Plasma GmbH to reduce the number of marketing emails sent to individual customers to a minimum by specifying which customers receive a particular marketing email instead of sending the marketing email to all customers who have agreed to receive marketing emails.
(d) Relyon Plasma GmbH processes your e-mail address to offer you the possibility of remote maintenance by linking in with our support via your login data. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in providing quality support.
3- Duration of storage: We store all data in accordance with the maximum legal retention periods. Personal data are deleted if they are no longer necessary for the performance or initiation of the contract, if there is no longer a legitimate interest on our part for further storage and/or if the person concerned is entitled to exercise their rights of intervention. Personal data from mere customer inquiries without a contractual relationship will be deleted after 6 months. Personal data of existing customers will be deleted 2 years after the end of the last business transaction.

(b) to comply with a valid subpoena, legal system, court order, legal process or other legal obligation;
(c) to enforce our terms or policies; or legal remedies

Please contact us at any time if you would like to know what personal data we store about you or if you wish to have it corrected or deleted. Furthermore, you have the right to restrict processing (Art. 18 DSGVO), to object to processing (Art. 21 DSGVO) and to transfer data (Art. 20 DSGVO).
