You will receive the piezobrush® PZ2-i with the plasma integration unit piezobrush® PZ2-i with control cable, DIN rail power supply and gas connection (4mm) for automated surface treatment with atmospheric pressure plasma and additionally a nozzle.

Here the standard nozzle is for the treatment of non-conductive materials such as plastics.

The piezobrush® PZ2-i contains:

  • Plasma integration unit with control line, DIN rail power supply and gas connection
  • Standard nozzle

Optionally the compatible piezobrush® PZ2 nozzles can be purchased. The Nearfield Nozzle for the treatment of conductive materials or the Multigas / Needle Nozzle for the external supply of noble gases or the treatment of fine structures.

The piezobrush® PZ2-i is the ideal plasma system for industrial plants and production facilities. It can be integrated into your system extremely easily. Due to its high reliability, treatment with cold active plasma 24/7 in your production process is easy and cost-effective. The piezobrush® PZ2-i can be used in a stationary fixture or in a traversing unit. The piezobrush is optimized for efficiency and user-friendliness, supplemented by functional nozzle inserts for your application processes.

In terms of power consumption, there is no more efficient plasma process on the market for your surface treatment. Cleaner printing, safer bonding or effective sterilization.
